1. Who we are

NodeMonster is the hosting, domains, DNS, and cloud services wing of Zoftcares Technologies. Our group presence includes India, Singapore, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when customers use NodeMonster websites, portals, domain registration, DNS, hosting, email, SSL, cloud, support, and related services.

2. Information we collect

Account information such as name, company name, login email, phone number, address, billing details, and service preferences.

Domain and registrant contact information required by registries, registrars, ICANN policies, local domain authorities, and payment or compliance partners.

Technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, login activity, DNS records, domain names, hosting usage, server logs, security events, and support communications.

Payment and order information. Card or payment credentials may be processed by payment providers and may not be stored directly by NodeMonster unless explicitly stated.

3. How we use information

To create and manage customer accounts, domains, DNS, hosting, SSL, email, cloud services, invoices, support requests, alerts, and service orders.

To submit domain registration, transfer, renewal, WHOIS, registrant, and compliance information to registries, registrars, DNS providers, and other infrastructure partners.

To secure our platform, detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot incidents, monitor uptime, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, registry, and regulatory obligations.

To communicate service updates, renewal notices, expiry notices, policy notices, security alerts, and support responses.

4. Domain registration and WHOIS data

Domain registration requires accurate registrant contact details. Some information may be shared with registries, registrars, escrow providers, WHOIS/RDAP systems, dispute resolution providers, or regulatory authorities as required by domain policies.

Many registries and registrars redact public WHOIS data by default, but authentic registrant information may still be stored and processed by the registrar or registry.

Customers are responsible for keeping registrant and contact information accurate. Inaccurate information may cause suspension, cancellation, transfer lock, or loss of domain services.

5. Sharing information

We share information only as needed to provide services, meet legal requirements, prevent abuse, process payments, manage infrastructure, or comply with registry and registrar obligations.

Service providers may include registrars, registries, DNS and CDN providers, hosting providers, email and messaging providers, payment processors, analytics, security, compliance, and support tools.

We do not sell customer personal information.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational controls to protect customer data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data for as long as required to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain business records.

Domain, billing, security, and audit records may be retained after account closure where required by law, registry policy, or legitimate business needs.

7. Customer rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information. Some requests may be limited by domain, tax, compliance, security, or legal retention requirements.

For domain registrant data, certain corrections may need to be completed through the applicable registrar, registry, or domain management workflow.

8. International processing

NodeMonster and Zoftcares group operations may process data across India, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries where infrastructure, registrars, registries, or service providers operate.

By using our services, you acknowledge that data may be transferred and processed internationally as required to deliver domain, hosting, DNS, security, and support services.

9. Contact

For privacy, data, or legal requests, contact NodeMonster support through the customer portal or official support channels. We may request verification before processing account or data requests.
